
We are proud to partner with the College of the North Atlantic in Newfoundland to provide the Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) Certificate Program. This program provides knowledge needed by Project Managers. Learn how to manage people and use the tools for your Project Management career.
The program is offered in St. John’s and Corner Brook on a regular basis. The textbook required is “Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)”.

In this workshop, you will learn how to create Project Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and charts essential to project planning. This Project Management workshop is designed for any individual who wants to set up a project for success.
This three-day workshop focuses on project team building and techniques for creating and maintaining a motivating and positive environment. In this workshop, you will learn how to create an effective project team, communicate with shareholders, and work with project contractors and consultants. This Project Management workshop is for individuals who have any level of leadership role in their organizations.
Take this three-day workshop to learn how to successfully maintain control in project environments. In this workshop, you will learn how to use Earned Value Analysis, manage project risk, and verify that quality objectives are met. At the end of the course, you will know how to successfully keep a project on track.

This five-day program prepares project managers to successfully write the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification examination. After taking this course, you will understand the topics the exam covers in-depth, and know how to answer exam questions to get optimum results. NOTE: This course fulfills the 35 hours of structured, classroom based PM training that is required in order to qualify to write the PMP exam.
