An Innovative Approach – Design Your Own Program

The Drucker Executive Development Program consists of 15 different courses that you can select from to build your organization’s unique executive development program.  Courses are based on the "Best of Peter Drucker", known throughout the world as the "Father of Modern Management", and his 65 years of contributions to management theory.

These courses are designed to address three key areas:

  1. Effective Executive Practices - Make your executives, managers, and individual contributors more personally effective and prepare them for increased responsibilities within your organization.
    Based on Drucker’s The Effective Executive.
  2. Effective Management & Leadership - Provide your executives and managers with Drucker’s practical (not theoretical) insight for managing and leading the people in your organization and improving their performance and results.
  3. Effective Strategic Management - Improve your organization’s competitiveness in today’s global marketplace and economy.

Unlike traditional executive and management programs, the Drucker Management Series allows you to design your own executive development program based on your organization’s unique executive and management development needs. Each course is a stand-alone program and can be taken independently of the others. There is no required sequence of courses.

Customized One-Company, In-House Programs

All courses in "The Best of Drucker Management Series" can be customized for in-house programs to reinforce your organization’s strategies and objectives by integrating your material with the insight of Peter Drucker.

Drucker Certificate in Advanced Executive Management

Participants who complete a minimum of twelve (12) days of instruction receive a "Certificate in Advanced Executive Management" endorsed by Peter Drucker. There is no time limit with respect to completing these courses.
