Kathy-Anne Fay brings a breadth of experiences to BrenDaniel. With degrees in journalism, social and psychological sciences as well as education, Kathy-Anne has developed a varied and comprehensive employment history. Currently living in Atlanta., Georgia, she has worked throughout Canada, the southern U.S., and areas in Europe.
As an account executive and then director of public relations in the advertising industry, Kathy-Anne developed experience in sales, client support, financial projections, media production, placement and overall project management. She was responsible for team development, delegation, communication, motivation and project results.
In Florida, Kathy-Anne was director of marketing, cost projection, establishment of goals and overall management of a busy general and vascular surgical office. For two years she was a co-owner of SunBay Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
In North Carolina Kathy-Anne began to use her skills to work in corporate training with among others, BrenDaniel Productions. Her expertise has been in areas of communication, leadership, team building, motivation, marketing, crisis management, and conflict resolution.
As well as her work in corporate relations and training, Kathy-Anne also managed a medical Spa in Atlanta. As sole owner, she was responsible for all areas of the business and developed the medical spa from conception to a business that grew in three years to over twelve hundred clients. With two surgeons, a number of registered nurses as well as estheticians and administrative employees, the business offered invaluable real life lessons in business management that provide for dynamic and informative discussions in corporate training.
