My belief is that workshops have to be interactive and the materials immediately applied by participants to be learned. When I lead a training class, I see my role as a facilitator of learning.
I am a PMP with Bachelors degrees in Commerce and Arts (Economics).
To me, everything can be viewed as a project, thus project management training is worthwhile to any business endeavour.
My background is as a technical writer, and from there a process improvement consultant, then facilitator and project management consultant. I lived and worked in Ottawa for fifteen years, then in sunny Phoenix and cosmopolitan Munich. I lived and developed business in Shanghai and am now in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
